       When we are stressed out, we tend to stress eat. I chose the quote “Eat to fuel your body. Not feed your emotions” because food is our main source of energy. The food we eat will often reflect upon how we feel. Entering college is like entering a new lifestyle. College students acquire unhealthy eating behaviors like skipping meals or binge eating which can lead to more stress (Errisuriz, 2016). Stress can cause weight changes in university and college students which can increase stress and anxiety levels (Haidar, 2018). The articles I chose show the distinct relationship among college students and stress eating. Both the articles state that stress can lead to unhealthy eating behaviors which can lead to more stress and anxiety.
